We aim to empower young girls and children in Hong Kong through sports by providing them with the resources, programs, training, and tools they need to thrive. Our mission is to create opportunities that foster leadership and lifelong skills, while nurturing their physical, emotional, and social development. Through this, we strive to break barriers that kids, and especially girls, face and build a more inclusive future.

Why did we start SSA?
At Seedling Sports Foundation, we are dedicated to empowering women in Hong Kong through and community programs. Our founder, who understands the landscape of women's sports in Hong Kong, established this NGO to create pathways for growth and achievement. We believe that by fostering a supportive environment, we can inspire women and girls to realize their potential and pursue their dreams.
